Welcome to the Rugby Store and the Test Line. These terms and conditions define the rules for the purchase, delivery and return of all products sold on the “A Loja do Rugby” platform.
Linha de Ensaio and Loja do Rugby are trademarks of Empresa Ensaio Conversão, Lda. which is located at: Rua República da Bolivia 38 – 2o Frente, 1500-548 Lisboa.
Selection of the correct size of articles available in various sizes
Loja do Rugby sells items that can be made available in various sizes. As a general rule, these sizes follow conventional nomenclature and principles for garments. The selection of the correct size is the sole responsibility of the User (and Customer). Loja do Rugby provides a size guide for each item sold in more than one size. This guide must be carefully checked by the User before finalizing the purchase.
Effective conclusion of the purchase process
In the process of purchasing any item, the User is guided through an automated process that registers all selected items in a shopping basket, until its conclusion where the User makes a payment through a third party, integrated in the Loja do Rugby platform , which automatically results in the issuance of an electronic receipt in the form of an email message confirming the completion of the purchase.
Items out of stock cannot be added to the shopping cart.
Any purchase process that does not result in payment confirmation is considered incomplete and as such will not result in the shipment of any item. If you have questions about this process, please contact shop@linhadeensaio.com.
Final price and issue of invoice
The final price displayed in the shopping basket and mentioned on the payment platform provided by Loja do Rugby includes VAT at the legal rate, as well as all costs for sending the items to the address provided by the User.
The issue of the purchase invoice is done manually, along with the preparation of the order to be sent to the User. The receipt automatically generated by the integrated payment platform at Loja do Rugby does not replace the invoice and serves only to confirm the transaction.
Article delivery conditions
It is not possible to pick up items at the physical address of Ensaio Conversão, Lda., Linha de Ensaio or Loja do Rugby, unless previously agreed with shop@linhadeensaio.com .
Automatic purchases at Loja do Rugby can only be sent to Mainland Portugal, Madeira Archipelago Islands and Azores Archipelago Islands. If you wish to receive items at international addresses, please contact Loja do Rugby in advance via shop@linhadeensaio.com.
The purchase process automatically includes all costs for sending the items to the final address, upon payment in advance on the platform at the time of purchase.
All purchases successfully completed before 5 pm in Portugal are, as a general rule, prepared and dispatched during the following two working days. Loja do Rugby reserves the right, for reasons of force majeure, to require more days to dispatch the items.
All orders are delivered by an external logistics partner, using a delivery process that can be followed by the user using the delivery information provided by Loja do Rugby on the purchase invoice. Delivery tracking must be done on the official website of the company responsible for distributing the product.
Exchanges and Returns
All exchanges and returns must be made within seven calendar days of delivery of the items. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and including all elements included in the individual packaging of each item.
While defective items can be returned at no cost to the Customer, the exchange or return of non-defective items requires a 50% contribution to shipping costs by the User.

- Once the article is received, Loja do Rugby will process the exchange or refund of the original payment.
return process
- Note: Items on Sale cannot be exchanged
- The User must send an email with the subject “Return”
- Loja do Rugby will respond to this request with instructions for shipping the item.
- The User prepares the order and submits the item in the original packaging
- The User will have a cost of 50% of the cost of sending the item, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded
- Once the article is received, Loja do Rugby will process the exchange or refund of the original payment.
